Hi, I’m Sarah. I haven’t always been great with money. I graduated from university with a student loan and a maxed-out credit card that I struggled to pay off.
I realized I had to make some changes after my dad loaned me the money to pay off my credit card, and I maxed it out again.
I was lucky to have parents who set an excellent example of frugal living. Even though I was single and earning minimum wage at the time, I decided to buckle down and pay off my debts.
Once I got my money figured out, my life became much simpler and less stressful. Opportunities opened up to add joy to my life in the form of travelling and eventually leaving my corporate job.
Now I help single women go from borrowing to saving so money creates more joy in their lives.
Many people struggle to figure money out on their own, either because they are single or are the designated money manager in their relationship. They feel like they are drowning in money decisions with no one to turn to for help.
This can be incredibly challenging if you have recently come into a lump sum of money and feel pressured to decide how much to put towards debt versus savings.
Not everyone has a role model or partner to help them achieve their financial goals. I would love to be the sounding board and accountability partner who enables you to get out of debt and start saving for the things that bring you joy.
